If you have made a mistake and would like to change or cancel your order, please submit a request with our Customer Support Team here as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we are not able to add any items or expedite shipping for your order, to do so you will have to create a new order.
It is possible however that due to the fast turn around with our distributors shipping our orders your item has already need shipped by the time we contact them regarding the cancellation. The only thing we can suggest is that you refuse delivery when the parcel arrives. It will then be returned to us and once received we can process your refund for the watch.
